Manufacturing availability, minimum production quantities, prices, production schedules, ingredients, processes, certifications, packaging requirements, and other conditions are determined by the applicable manufacturer, supplier, authority, or contractual arrangement.

6. REGULATORY MATTERS

Tequila production, labeling, certification, importation, exportation, distribution, and sale may be subject to laws, regulations, standards, and approvals in Mexico, the United States, and other jurisdictions.

DYMETU is not the Consejo Regulador del Tequila (CRT), the Instituto Mexicano de la Propiedad Industrial (IMPI), the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), or any governmental or certifying authority.

References to these organizations are provided only when relevant to explaining industry processes.

Regulatory approval remains exclusively within the authority of the applicable agencies and organizations.

Salvo que se establezca expresamente lo contrario mediante un acuerdo escrito independiente, DYMETU no es el fabricante, autoridad certificadora ni autoridad regulatoria responsable de la producción o certificación del tequila.

La disponibilidad de fabricación, cantidades mínimas, precios, tiempos de producción, ingredientes, procesos, certificaciones, requisitos de envase y demás condiciones son determinados por el fabricante, proveedor, autoridad o acuerdo contractual correspondiente.

6. ASUNTOS REGULATORIOS

La producción, etiquetado, certificación, importación, exportación, distribución y venta de tequila pueden estar sujetos a leyes, regulaciones, normas y autorizaciones en México, Estados Unidos y otras jurisdicciones.

DYMETU no es el Consejo Regulador del Tequila (CRT), el Instituto Mexicano de la Propiedad Industrial (IMPI), el Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), la United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), ni ninguna autoridad gubernamental o certificadora.

Las referencias a estas organizaciones se realizan únicamente cuando resultan relevantes para explicar procesos de la industria.

Las decisiones regulatorias corresponden exclusivamente a las autoridades y organismos competentes.
